Mindful Monday - 10 minutes to change the day

2 mars 2026

Today I’m doing something very simple. Every hour → I move for 10 minutes.

Every hour - 10 minutes of movement.

Not a workout.

Not performance.

Just movement.

I set a timer, stand up, and let the body wake again.

Sometimes I:

• walk around the house

• stretch my back and shoulders

• roll my neck slowly

• step outside with the dogs

• make tea and stand while it brews

• do a few squats holding the kitchen counter

• shake my arms and loosen my hands

The body actually isn’t made for a long “training session” once a day.

It’s made for many small awakenings.

After about 3–4 hours something interesting happens:

My thoughts get clearer.

My breathing becomes deeper.

My eyes stop feeling tired.

And I feel… lighter. Not physically — energetically.

What it does physiologically:

• circulation increases

• lymphatic flow starts moving

• blood sugar becomes more stable

• the brain gets oxygen again

• stress hormones drop instead of accumulating

You don’t become tired from moving.

You become tired from not moving for too long.

By evening I notice the real difference —

no heavy head, no “afternoon fog”, no stiff back.

Just a calm, steady energy.

Try it today.

Not perfectly. Just gently.

Set one timer.

Stand up.

Move for 10 minutes.

Your body understands immediately.
