{"id":4601,"date":"2026-03-02T08:21:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T07:21:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amaelle.life\/?p=4601"},"modified":"2026-03-29T01:10:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T00:10:46","slug":"mumsig-mandag-10-minuter-som-forandrar-hela-dagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amaelle.life\/en\/mumsig-mandag-10-minuter-som-forandrar-hela-dagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Moving  Monday - 10 minutes to change the day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I\u2019m doing something very simple.\nEvery hour \u2192 I move for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every hour - 10 minutes of movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not a workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I set a timer, stand up, and let the body wake again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes I:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 walk around the house<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 stretch my back and shoulders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 roll my neck slowly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 step outside with the dogs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 make tea and stand while it brews<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 do a few squats holding the kitchen counter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 shake my arms and loosen my hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The body actually isn\u2019t made for a long \u201ctraining session\u201d once a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s made for many small awakenings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After about 3\u20134 hours something interesting happens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My thoughts get clearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My breathing becomes deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My eyes stop feeling tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I feel\u2026 lighter. Not physically \u2014 energetically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What it does physiologically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 circulation increases<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 lymphatic flow starts moving<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 blood sugar becomes more stable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the brain gets oxygen again<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 stress hormones drop instead of accumulating<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t become tired from moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You become tired from not moving for too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By evening I notice the real difference \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>no heavy head, no \u201cafternoon fog\u201d, no stiff back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just a calm, steady energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try it today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not perfectly. Just gently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set one timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stand up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Move for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your body understands immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 Tell me \u2014 what is your easiest small movement during the day?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I do something very simple.
