Products
In the shop I sell digital products — patterns, guides, and courses. Because they are digital, they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded or opened.
Payment
Payment is made securely via [payment provider]. You pay in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated. The order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email to your email address.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately via email or download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within a few minutes.
Right of withdrawal
According to EU consumer law, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal — but not for digital products that you have already downloaded or started using, provided that you have approved this at the time of purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied — please let me know. I always find a solution.
Complaint
Is your product not working properly? Contact me at shop@amaelle.life within 30 days and we will resolve it.
