Joy and Flow

Today I feel such a bubbling joy in my body.

Imagine having a body that works.

Who carries, moves, collaborates and accompanies through life – every day.

It's not something I take for granted.

So today I'm doing something that feels both simple and nice:

I plan my week with movement – all seven days.

Not as a must.

But as little moments to look forward to.

A walk here.

A little soft movement there.

Maybe a workout that gives you energy, or just a few minutes that wakes up your body.

And in the middle of it all…

the feeling of just wanting to jump straight up in the air with pure joy.

Because I can.

Because the body wants to.

Because life moves on – and I move with it.
