Monday is the body's soft start.

Here you will find small rituals, everyday joy and simple ways to connect with your body. Body joy starts in the small things. Mondays atamaelle life is about movement – and about thatthe yummy feeling which occurs when the body and mind are in harmony.Only joy and sheer happiness.

It includes exercise and movement that is simple, effective and sustainable over time, such as

    - strength training and powerlifting

    - rock ring and skipping rope

    - yoga, walking and running

    - cycling, on Bianchi inspired by celeste - the sky of the sea and the freedom of movement

    - sailing, outdoor life and the body in interaction with nature

   - skiing, snowboarding and sledging

Movement is life.

Standstill is the opposite.

Therefore, Monday is also for review and plan the weekly health activities –

with realism, sensitivity and respect for life as it actually is.

The feeling is Mindfulwhen:

    - body feels supple, strong and present

    - the head is clear

    - everyday life flows a little easier

All with a single purpose:

to live fresh with quality, through the whole life.

Movement as everyday life.

Movement as happiness.

What is the chain curve effect?

The chain bend (from Latin catena, "chain") is the bend a heavy chain makes between the anchor and the boat, instead of lying in a straight line. It does two things: it keeps the anchor's attachment angle low — the weight pulls the chain down toward the bottom, so the pull becomes more horizontal and the anchor digs in better — and it dampens jerks, as the chain straightens out a little before the pull reaches the anchor, much like a spring.

Rope lacks that weight and lies almost straight, so the pull is more direct and the attachment angle is higher. Therefore, the rope part needs a longer scope (7:1–10:1) to compensate.

Rope missing from chain chain curve effect — keep the scope higher in the rope section
