Onsdagens filosofi är Näring — att äta rå, hel mat i sin mest levande form. Enzymer, vitaminer och mineraler bevaras när maten inte hettas upp över 42 °C. Tänk färger, texturer och maximalt näringsvärde per tugga.
Förbered groddar, nötmjölk, aktiverade nötter och fröblandningar i förväg. Spar en timme på kvällen för att ställa frön i blöt till morgondagens frukost. Smart energiflöde är en del av FLÖDE.
Magnesium — hampa, mandel, spenat. B12 — nutritionsjäst, sjögräs (Nori). Zink — pumpafrön, sesamfrön (tahini). Ät ett litet urval av dessa dagligen för optimal cellhälsa.
