A simple plan for the week

Soft Sunday:

Sunday is not for planning everything.

It is there to set direction.

A week rarely goes as planned.

But how you enter it – you can control that.

Here is a simple model you can use.

1. How do you want the week to feel?

Before you think about what to do – stop.

Do you want your week to feel:

    • calm

    • clear

    • creative

    • forward-looking

Choose 1–2 words.

It sets the tone for everything else.

2. Choose 1–3 focuses

You don't have to do everything.

Choose a few things that actually matter:

    • something you want to build

    • something you want to improve

    • something you want to finish

More than that is not needed.

3. Determine the next step

Not the whole plan.

Just the next step:

    • what are you doing tomorrow?

    • what will you do next time you sit down?

Small steps create movement.

4. Enter as who you want to be

You don't have to wait until everything is ready.

You can start now:

    • be clear

    • be calm

    • be consistent

That's where the change happens.
