Soft, mature, clear.
It's easy to think that leadership is about influencing others.
But it always starts here.
In how I talk to myself.
In how I take responsibility for my choices.
In how I stand my ground when something feels uncomfortable – without becoming harsh.
Leading from the inside out means to me:
Not to blame me.
Not playing small.
Not rushing to avoid feeling.
It means choosing love over fear.
Limit before bitterness.
Clarity before silent resistance.
This week I ask myself:
Where was I leading with my heart?
Where did I turn away?
What do I want to do differently next week?
Leadership doesn't start with a title.
It starts in posture.
