Taking care of your body isn't about knowing everything.
It's about understanding what it actually needs – and giving it the right predictions over time.
I have trained as a certified nutritionist through Paulúns Nutrition Center.
It is an in-depth study that gives me a solid foundation in how diet, nutrition and lifestyle interact.
But for me it doesn't stop at theory.
I always start from what works in reality.
In my own everyday life, I use dietary supplements as a complement – not as a replacement for good food, but as a way to ensure that the body gets what it needs, even when life is not entirely optimal.
It could be about:
to support energy and recovery
to balance nutritional intake over time
to give the body better conditions during periods of high stress
My approach is simple:
The base is always food – supplements are just that, supplements.
Here in Amaelle Life and Incredible Wednesday, I will be sharing more about:
how you can think practically about nutrition and health
what actually makes a difference (and what is mostly noise)
simple, sustainable choices that work in everyday life
